The dustbin cleaning truck is a new type of rear-mounted, fully enclosed washing truck developed by Yantai Haide Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. by modifying a Class II chassis with a water tank, high-pressure water system, pneumatic system, and hydraulic system. It is capable of cleaning standard-sized trash bins of 120 L, 240 L, 660 L, and 1100 L, meeting diverse user requirements and being widely applicable for trash bin cleaning operations on roads in both urban and rural areas. The vehicle features an automated operation system, ensuring a high degree of automation.
The truck’s cleaning compartment is equipped with an imported high-pressure rotating nozzle. The interior of the 360-degree rotating high-pressure cleaning bin is cleaned, while its exterior is washed by water jets distributed around the compartment’s perimeter. The bin rotates fully within the cleaning chamber, ensuring thorough cleaning of all surfaces without dead zones and effectively removing accumulated water from its grooves during rotation.
