Muping County Special Vehicle Factory was established in a large warehouse along the southern moat of Xiguan Village. Occupying an area of 1,000 square meters with 25 employees, the factory produced semi-trailers.

Charging ahead at the market frontlines, he made the tough decision to "remove the poison to save the whole" by decisively clearing out inventory. At the moment of greatest peril, he reversed the fortunes of the enterprise, rescuing the factory from the edge of ruin and achieving a remarkable turnaround.

As the production of semi-trailers gradually scaled back while sustained investment flowed into environmental sanitation products, the factory found itself in a difficult transition period, grappling with the challenge of shifting between the old and the new. Nevertheless, staying firmly committed to its course—like “a bamboo clinging to the mountainside, unswayed by winds from all directions”—the company persevered in the research and development of its road-sweeper product series.

The company made its debut at the Canton Fair, implementing its “going global” strategy. Products were exported to India, Syria, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Russia, South America, Pakistan, and other countries. In November 2006, the integrated office building was completed.

A new assembly workshop covering 15,000 square meters was constructed, and the product portfolio was restructured to develop full electric sweepers. The company implemented ERP enterprise resource planning software. Sweeper trucks and the hook lift series products obtained European CE certification and were exported to developed countries in Europe and America.

The company had grown to a substantial scale, with a factory site covering 195,000 square meters, a building area of 43,500 square meters, and 760 employees on staff. The company constructed a new 14,000-square-meter final assembly workshop and a 1,200-square-meter testing workshop, achieving an annual production capacity of 2,800 sets of various specialized vehicles. Haide Vehicle Park officially opened for business and constructed a soccer field.
