Environmental Adaptability and Reliability

  • Wind and sand resistance: The enclosure features sealed gaskets and positive-pressure dustproof design in the equipment compartment, with key components meeting IP65 protection standards. The photovoltaic panels are coated with a dust-resistant layer.
  • Heat-resistant: The battery compartment and electrical compartment are equipped with independent industrial air conditioning and duct cooling systems, ensuring safe operation in desert environments exceeding 55°C.
  • Minimal foundation requirements: The system features built-in hydraulic leveling legs, eliminating the need for complex groundwork upon arrival, with leveling preparations completed within 30 minutes.

Efficiently transports various bulk materials including powders and granules, meeting multi-scenario material recovery and transfer requirements while solving collection challenges under special operating conditions.

2.Applicable Materials

Industrial powders: fly ash, cement, calcium powder, mineral powder, magnesium powder, coal powder, alumina, dust removal ash, coal gangue, industrial dust, coal ash;

Granular materials: grains, plastic pellets (PT, PET, PA66);
