CHD0101QXZ Bins Cleaning Station

1. The bucket cleaning station employs a fully enclosed high-pressure cleaning system, equipped with an imported high-pressure plunger pump with a rated pressure of 14 MPa and a flow rate of 66 L/min, ensuring reliable performance and high cleaning efficiency.
2. The washing bin station is powered by a 380V AC motor, while the pneumatic system receives its air supply independently from a high-quality compressor.
3. Capable of cleaning waste bins of various sizes, supporting simultaneous cleaning of 1–2 120L or 240L bins, or a single 660L bin. Cleaning modes (light, medium, or heavy) can be selected based on waste cleanliness requirements. Equipped with an emergency stop button for immediate shutdown in emergencies; automatic reset to normal operation follows deactivation.
4. A unique flipping cylinder, paired with a high-quality bidirectional balance valve, ensures continuous, smooth, and safe trash bin flipping operations.
5. A unique and highly efficient bucket lifting and reversal mechanism that reduces operator strain, enhances bin handling efficiency, and meets user requirements for lifting waste bins of capacities 120L,240L,660L, etc.
6. Cleaning Method

(1) External cleaning of the trash bin:

1. Front-side cleaning of the trash bin: A high-quality rodless cylinder drives a high-pressure water spray unit to perform reciprocating high-pressure cleaning.
2. Trash can lid cleaning: A high-quality rodless cylinder drives a high-pressure water spray system to perform horizontal, left-right reciprocating high-pressure cleaning.
3. Clean both sides of the trash bin: Use a high-quality rodless cylinder to drive a high-pressure water spray unit for reciprocating high-pressure cleaning.
4. Backside cleaning of the trash bin: Utilize a high-quality cylinder-driven high-pressure water spray unit for oscillating high-pressure cleaning.

(2) Internal cleaning of the trash bin:

Equipped with a dual-import high-pressure rotating nozzle that rotates 360° to clean the interior of the trash bin thoroughly under high pressure.

7. Equipped with a long-bar high-pressure water gun to effectively reduce water splashing, and a high-pressure ceramic rotating nozzle for vigorous manual cleaning of stubborn stains.
8. Equipped with a coil unit, it allows users to freely employ water guns for long-distance cleaning and other auxiliary tasks within a 5-meter radius of the bucket washing station.
9. Remote Control System: The system program can be remotely upgraded according to user requirements.
10. Color LCD display: It provides comprehensive monitoring of operational status and allows customization of operational parameters as needed.
11. A dedicated high-voltage power distribution system ensures stable operation of the motor.
