Structural Form and Principles
This equipment is a mobile upper-mounted unit designed for installation directly onto the rear cargo bed of a pickup truck. The entire system consists primarily of the high-pressure cleaning main unit, a clean water tank, a wastewater tank, a high-pressure water spray gun, a rotating cleaning nozzle, a hydraulic power unit, a trash bin lifting mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a starting battery, and an operation control panel.
The diesel engine drives a high-pressure water pump; the system is electrically started and powered by a DC12V battery; the equipment utilizes diesel fuel for heating, offering rapid heating rates and high thermal efficiency.
The equipment comes standard with a reel-type handheld high-pressure water spray gun, suitable for both washing ground stains and performing auxiliary cleaning tasks on other surfaces.

The water storage tank stores water used for cleaning operations; the sewage tank collects the wastewater and debris generated during cleaning; two discharge ball valves are installed at the rear of the sewage tank for wastewater discharge.

During operation, the flipping mechanism lifts the trash bin into the enclosed cleaning chamber. The interior of the bin is subjected to a 360° high-pressure rinse using two sets of rotating nozzles; the outer surface of the bin is cleaned with high-pressure spray using two sets of self-rotating spray rods mounted on the chamber cover.
Cleaning compatibility: Capable of cleaning up to two 120L/240L plastic trash bins simultaneously; supports two operation modes – high-temperature high-pressure water washing and steam cleaning.
This device uses high-pressure water streams and high-temperature water-air streams to flush and clean debris; it is primarily designed for cleaning standard 120L and 240L plastic trash bins.
