1. Steering System：

Adopting a fully hydraulic steering system, the structure is simple and the steering is smooth. Easy to operate during frequent cleaning operations with low speed driving and frequent steering.

2.Garbage Collection System

The garbage bin is made of stainless steel plates as a whole, and the external decorations are made of FRP material, which is light and hard, safe and non-conductive, with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance;

The black arrow indicates that the suction nozzle sucks in garbage and sewage into the garbage bin, while the blue arrow indicates that sewage flows into the suction nozzle.

• Powerful leaf collection capacity, the maximum power of the fan can reach 10KW, whether it is a face sized French wutong leaf or a hair thin pine needle, it can be easily removed, together with the 2 cubic meter super large dustbin, which perfectly explains what is a leaf collection artifact;
• The garbage bin is made of stainless steel plates, and the garbage in the suction flow is stored in the garbage bin after sedimentation and separation. The spray water and garbage are separated and filtered through stainless steel filters on both sides and in front of the box before flowing into the bottom filtration water channel, forming a water circulation and dust reduction system for the entire vehicle;
• The stainless steel filter has a unique structure, high strength, and is not easily damaged. It has strong flowability, high filtration accuracy, and is not easy to block and clean.
• The sweeping and suction device is located below the driver’s cab, with a suction opening width of 800mm,The diameter of the straw is 180mm, and the maximum effective cleaning width is 2400mm.
• The suction fan has high efficiency and low noise, extremely low power consumption, strong suction capacity, and can easily inhale bricks, stones, wutong leaves, etc.
• A airflow interference mechanism is designed inside the suction port to quickly stir up the dust adhering to the road surface and accelerate its entry into the suction port. This can achieve a high suction rate at a high cleaning speed, greatly improving work efficiency.
• An air volume adjustment plate is installed on the suction port to adjust the opening of the cover plate according to the garbage situation on the road surface, in order to obtain appropriate air volume and wind speed, ensuring high suction efficiency.

• Full Electric System：
• The fullelectric platform integrates Powertrain and battery technology to achieve higher operating efficiency, performance and endurance.
• The lithium battery pack adopts BMS management control to ensure stable vehicle operation.
• The entire vehicle adopts a controller for digital control, which has the characteristics of good seismic resistance, high protection level, resistance to large temperature differences, voltage fluctuations, and the ability to achieve complex control calculations. It is the optimal choice for achieving electrical control of non road mobile vehicles.
• With one click start, the cleaning device and suction port can be operated and recycled. The scanning speed can be adjusted steplessly; At the same time, the controller communicates with the input module and output module through the CAN bus, simplifying the distribution of vehicle wiring harnesses, reducing circuit failure points, and making maintenance more convenient.

4.Dust Suppression System：

The dust reduction system consists of two parts: water spraying and circulating water dust reduction.

The clean water nozzle is installed on the brush holder, and spray is used to reduce dust, so that the garbage can be wetted in advance to control the dust at the air outlet. The amount of water sprayed can be adjusted. The sewage circulating water circuit installed at the suction port allows the garbage to be fully soaked; The circulating water used for spraying and dust reduction flows into the circulating water tank through a special filter screen on the side plate of the box for reuse. Due to the fact that water is circulating, there is no need to increase the capacity of the water tank to produce a large amount of water. The stainless steel filter has a unique structure, high strength, and is not easily damaged. It has strong flow capacity, high filtration accuracy, and is not easy to block, making it easy to clean.

Under the unique structure of sewage circulation, the air outlet minimizes the concentration of dust, and when discharged, it is basically in a water mist state, meeting the pH value of national standards.

6.Integral Frame：

The CHR51MHEV front axle adopts commercial vehicle standard leaf springs, which are sturdy, load-bearing, and comfortable. The rear axle adopts a unique axle linkage mechanism and rubber damping system, which is the first in the country.

The frame is the load-bearing connector of all system structures of the whole vehicle. The frame is an integral welded structure, and the main longitudinal beam is made of high-strength 16Mn steel plate. High strength, light weight, and simple structure.

7.Driver Cab：

The driver’s cab adopts a panoramic glass structure, which provides a wide view of the work and eliminates visual dead spots during operation, which is more conducive to ensuring work quality; At the same time, all glass is coated with a solar film, which can provide good insulation in hot summers and prevent glass from bursting when hit by hard objects, ensuring the safety of the driver.

• Equipped with CD player, the driver can carry out the cleaning operation comfortably;
• Equipped with a 7-inch display screen, it not only displays the operation status of the entire vehicle, but also controls the movement of the vehicle. At the same time, it also integrates a reverse image, fully utilizing the advantages of the 7-inch display screen;
• The driver’s cab is equipped with a double-sided door design, which facilitates the driver to get on and off according to the situation;
• During long hours of work, the driver’s left foot remains idle, causing discomfort in the left leg of shorter users. Therefore, adding a foot rest kit can be used as a tool kit or as a foot rest to enhance the user’s driving happiness.
• Suspended leather seats, easy to clean, comfortable and reliable. The driver’s seat can be manually adjusted according to the driver’s weight to ensure that the seat provides sufficient cushioning force and improves the driver’s comfort.
• Equipped with a split structure of air conditioning and heating, the operating environment is comfortable. The air conditioning is a top mounted structure that vents air from the top, while the heating is a bottom mounted structure that vents air from the bottom. At the same time, the air conditioning and heating are equipped with multiple gears, which can be selected according to different environments, allowing for a comfortable working environment in both summer and winter.

8.High Pressure Water System：

The high-pressure water system is divided into two functions in a multifunctional cleaning mode, with a box self-cleaning function and a high-pressure spray gun function.

• The cleaning function inside the bodycan be activated with one click to perform cleaning inside the body.
