Product Overview

It can be mounted on various chassis as available in the market. And The Road washing machine is designed for simple operation and is integrated with Stainless Steel SS304 Water Tanks, low -pressure water pumps, pipelines, and control systems. A separate High -pressure water system is installed for road washing.

The vehicle can be widely used in daily spraying and cleaning operations of highways, municipalities, sanitation and other departments.

Performance Characteristics

High -pressure water system：
1. High-pressure water pump overspeed automatic alarm protection
2. Pneumatic control system for high-pressure water valve operation in the cab
3. The front is equipped with a high-pressure washing device that swings left and right with pneumatic control for safety and obstacle avoidance, and the cleaning width is increased to 3.5 meters;
4. There is a spray device behind the vehicle to adjust the air temperature
5. The front of the vehicle is equipped with left and right high-pressure nozzles for high-pressure side flushing
Low pressure water system：
1. All operations are performed in the cab, and various tasks can be completed with one click
2. Equipped with multi-curved columnar side nozzles for side flushing operation, the flushing angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, the flushing width is greater than 24M. There are duck-foot nozzles and cylindrical nozzles at the front and rear, and the sprinkling width is greater than 16M.
3. Rear working platform, using long-range adjustable (cylindrical or mist) water gun
4. It has a self-priming function and uses the water pump on the vehicle to suck water into the tank.
5. There is a self-circulation loop in the water system, which can be used to melt snow melting agent in winter;
6. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a green belt water pipe pressure fire-fighting interface to facilitate connection with remote water pipes;
