The body of this vehicle adopts fully sealed design, and there is a garbage lifting device on the side of the compartment. When loading garbage, the garbage cans with garbage (120L, 240L standard garbage cans) are installed on the lifting frame, and the handle is manipulated to realize the self-loading function of garbage. The vehicle adopts photoelectricity-liquid integration technology to realize the intelligentization of loading.
The container adopts lifting and dumping type, the garbage is dumped quickly and cleanly. The whole process can be easily completed by only one person manipulating the switch, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator and better improves the working environment.
Features
Container: the body is made of high-quality carbon steel (high-quality stainless steel can be selected), the inlet is sealed with a sealing cap, and the opening and closing is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
Rear door: open and close by two cylinders, lock the rear door by two cylinders, the rear door is sealed by patented special sealing strip, with electromechanical-hydraulic integration control, no leakage during use and vehicle traveling.
Garbage loading mechanism: 120L, 240L standard garbage cans can be lifted, with automatic safety locking mechanism, the garbage in the barrel will not overflow or be left behind during the loading process.
The lifting system and the lid opening and closing system adopt the linkage function: when the lifting and loading mechanism rises, the lid opens, and when the lifting and loading mechanism falls, the lid closes. Completely avoid the hidden danger of garbage dumping outside the compartment caused by the lifting frame and the upper cover not linkage.
Compression device: The container is equipped with a garbage compression device, which can moderately compress the loaded garbage, improve the utilization rate of the garbage container volume, and also solve the problem that the garbage is easy to pile up in the unloading port, resulting in the problem of low garbage loading capacity.
The pusher plate also has the function of automatic return, only need to operate the pusher plate to push out the switch, the pusher plate pushes to a certain position, it will be self-backward return, reduce the difficulty of operation, improve the comfort of operation.
Unloading: When the garbage in the compartment needs to be discharged, the switch can be manipulated to open the rear door, so that the compartment can be lifted up and the garbage can be dumped into the discharging pool from the compartment.
Operating system: The control part of each function of the vehicle is concentrated on the right side of the vehicle. Each function is controlled by the corresponding control handle.

Both sides of the back door have safety protection devices. When the door is opened for operation, the safety frame of the back door is lowered, which avoids safety accidents caused by the misoperation of the operator.
