CHD5075TCAJLE6 kitchen garbage truck produced by Yantai Haide Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a new product developed and designed on the basis of EQ1075SJ3CDF chassis produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., LTD. Is a large capacity, high efficiency, no leakage, high degree of automation of food and kitchen garbage collection and transportation equipment, widely used in hotels, canteens leftovers collection and transportation.

Product Overview

The body is made of high quality stainless steel material, and the side of the car body is equipped with a garbage lifting device. When the kitchen garbage is loaded, the garbage bin (120L, 240L standard garbage bin) is installed on the lifting frame, and the handle is operated to realize the self-loading function of kitchen garbage. The vehicle adopts photoelectric liquid integration technology to realize intelligent loading.

A compression device is installed inside the vehicle, which can separate solid objects from oil and water in the process of collecting kitchen waste, and compress the garbage to achieve maximum loading. The whole process can be easily completed by only one person to control the switch, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator, better improve the working environment.

When the garbage in the body needs to be discharged, the switch can be manipulated to open the rear door and push the garbage out from front to back with the pushing plate for a complete clean.

Performance Characteristics

The height of the whole vehicle is not higher than 2.2 meters, and it can smoothly enter the underground parking lot of each commercial complex (the height limit of the entrance is more than 2.2 meters, and the height limit of the interior is more than 3.3 meters) to carry out collection and transportation operations.
Volume maximization design: The compartment adopts square and round structure design to maximize the volume. The material is made of high quality carbon steel with high strength.
Unique sealing structure design: The opening, closing and locking of the rear door are controlled by different cylinders and sealed by patented special sealing strips with adjustable locking mechanism, so that there is no leakage in the process of operation and vehicle driving.
Wide-opening type enlarged inlet, sealed by sealing cover, opening and closing controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
Widely applicable garbage loading mechanism: It can lift 120L and 240L standard garbage cans with automatic safety locking mechanism, so that the garbage in the barrel will not overflow or be left behind during the loading process.
Self-detecting garbage loading mechanism: When lifting and loading garbage, it can detect whether the top cover is fully opened and whether the push plate is returned to its position. When it detects that the top cover is not opened or the push plate is not returned to its position, the vehicle will give a warning reminder.
Garbage compression and moderate compression of garbage to maximize loading.
Automatic unloading design: Manipulate the switch, open the rear door, and push out the garbage from front to back with the push plate, thoroughly clean.
Expanded deflector: The dumpster discharge door is equipped with an expanded deflector, which effectively prevents sewage from splashing to both sides of the vehicle when dumping garbage, and is environmentally friendly and hygienic.
Reliable rear door sealing design: the rear door opening is controlled by double switches to prevent misoperation and prevent leakage.
The rear door opening and closing cylinders are installed with safety valves to prevent the rear door from falling automatically and ensure safety.
Reliable safety design: The back door of the vehicle is equipped with a safety rack, which can be supported when the back door is opened to ensure the safety of the operator.
