CHD5181TXSDFBEV is a new generation of full electric sweeper for road operation which is modified by Yantai Haide Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. with the wheelbase of 5.3 meters full electric chassis EQ1180DACEV produced by Dongfeng Motor Co. The vehicle can be used as a road sweeper alone for road sweeping and suction work; it can be used as a high-pressure flushing vehicle for road washing and suction work; it can also be used as a combination of road sweeping and suction and high-pressure flushing as a sweeper to realize a variety of combinations of sweeping, flushing, and washing to meet the multiple needs of different users, and it is widely applicable to the main roads in the urban area and the rinsing of the viaducts and the cleaning operation.
The vehicle adopts two brush disc in the middle, wide suction disc in the middle, with a collision avoidance function of the V-shaped high-pressure flushing frame, composed of a greater than 3.5 meters of rinsing sweeping belt. Stainless steel material processing from the water tank and waste tank with high corrosion resistance and water tank internal welding with zinc as an anodic oxidation end, to prevent stainless steel intergranular corrosion, better protection of the water tank, longer service life. The water tank is divided into two parts, one part is independent front stainless steel water tank, assembled in front of the fan assembly; the other part is set in front of the dumpster and the bottom of the water tank, can be lifted and lowered at the same time with the dumpster and the power warehouse cover. High pressure rinsing nozzles are installed in the lifting bin, which makes unloading easier, cleaner and more thorough. The power bin cover that can be lifted with the dumpster can make the maintenance of the power system extremely convenient. The adoption of famous and excellent supporting parts makes the whole vehicle more excellent in performance and more reliable in work.
The vehicle adopts multi-motor plus all-in-one controller control mode, compared with single-motor control mode can greatly reduce the energy loss brought by mechanical transmission, and at the same time can realize the best match to the energy demand of pure electric vehicles, maximize the operating time of the vehicle, and each action can realize independent speed control.
The vehicle adopts center-mounted double brushes, wide suction port, flushing spray frame is located on both sides of the wide suction port, and the suction port is arranged in V-shape, so that the whole vehicle structure is reasonably arranged, and there are a variety of choices for the mode of operation.
The vehicle uses CAN communication programmable display and mobile controller to control the whole vehicle’s action, and the display comprehensively shows the vehicle’s operating conditions, motor status and alarm status and other information. Through the CAN bus detection module, it realizes the data collection of the whole vehicle circuit system, which can provide early warning when the line fails, effectively reducing the safety risks of the operation, and all the fault information can be queried in the display or through the cloud platform of the vehicle network. Intelligent electronic control system through one-key operation to achieve the operation of the start and stop one-key control, user-friendly operation interface, and has a number of automatic protection programs, automatic program detection and automatic switching, the installation of voice alarms for voice prompts, clear operating conditions and fault points, convenient and simple operation.
