Product Overview

The CHD5070TSLQLE6 sweeper truck is a modified sweeping and suction type water spray dust removal and sweeping vehicle based on the QL1070BUHACY Euro VI Automobile chassis produced by Qingling Automobile Co., Ltd., equipped with a dedicated operating device with a secondary engine as the operating power.

This vehicle integrates advanced technologies of various medium-sized road sweepers with auxiliary engines both domestically and internationally. Based on our years of accumulated experience in road sweeper development and combined with the actual national conditions of China, we have developed a road sweeper. The selection of various advanced key components in this vehicle makes the overall performance of the whole vehicle superior to similar products.

The vehicle adopts a structure with four central brushes and a rear suction cup, making the overall structure layout simple and the cleaning effect good. The garbage container and water tank of the vehicle are all made of stainless steel material for processing and production, to avoid damage caused by the corrosion of garbage and water quality. The garbage container and water tank are integrated structures, and the water tank is set at the bottom of the garbage container to create 10° pre tilt angle on the bottom plate of the garbage container, which is more convenient for dumping garbage clean. The top of the garbage container is equipped with a guide groove and a large area filter screen to improve the dust reduction effect, make the garbage pile up evenly, increase the effective capacity, and reduce the suction resistance caused by light floating objects blocking the filter screen.

The power system of the car has a simple transmission structure, and the rear output power of the auxiliary engine is directly driven by the automatic three jaw centrifugal clutch installed on the flywheel, and the suction fan is directly driven by the pulley. It has the characteristics of fewer structural transmission links, high transmission efficiency, and stable reliability. The use of centrifugal clutch enables the secondary engine to start without any auxiliary settings, simplifying operation and minimizing power loss during operation. The front-end power drives the hydraulic pump through the crankshaft pulley, and the power is transmitted through hydraulic transmission to complete the sweeping operation and the operation actions of each hydraulic cylinder.

Performance Characteristics

1.Independently developed self increasing centrifugal clutch: In order to achieve no-load starting of the engine, a self-developed self increasing centrifugal clutch is installed. Compared with traditional centrifugal clutches, this type of centrifugal clutch has smooth engagement, is not prone to slipping, minimal wear, and a longer service life.

2.The threaded plug-in hydraulic valve group has more stable performance: To ensure the stability and reliability of the entire vehicle’s hydraulic system, the hydraulic valve group used in the vehicle is a plug-in hydraulic valve, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, powerful function, high reliability, and easy maintenance.

3.The speed of the sweeping brush adopts stepless adjustment: due to different road conditions and garbage distribution, the sweeping brush needs to use different working speeds to achieve ideal operation results. The sweeping brush adjustment of this vehicle is achieved by adjusting the adjustment knob on the electric control box to control the current of the coil on the valve group, and obtain the change in the displacement of the valve group, achieving stepless adjustment of the sweeping brush disc.

4.All hydraulic pipeline sleeve joints are formed in one go by a pipe end forming machine: commonly used pipe end forming machines in Europe and America are used for hydraulic pipelines. All steel pipe ends are formed in one go by pressing, and are equipped with special sealing rings to resist pulling out, with no leakage in the pipeline.

5.Two stage air filter device: adopts a double-layer filter element air filter+oil bath air filter, ensuring the intake quality of the engine and maximizing the service life of the engine.

6.The dumping angle of the garbage container is as high as 60°: Due to the sticky nature of the garbage collected by the road sweeper, it is difficult to remove it directly. In order to maximize the unloading angle of the vehicle, the water tank of the vehicle is designed at the bottom of the garbage container, with a volume of up to 1100L. This allows the bottom plate of the garbage container to have a pre inclination angle of more than 10 degrees, and the unloading angle of the garbage container reach more than 60 degrees.

7.A large area filter screen is installed at the top of the body: In order to minimize the decrease in suction capacity caused by airflow blockage, the vehicle is equipped with a large area stainless steel filter screen at the top of the garbage container, which is used to block and filter the large and small volume garbage in the airflow. A guide groove is also installed at the top of the box to improve the dust reduction effect, make the garbage pile up evenly, and increase the effective capacity.

8.The emergency lifting system of the hand pump provides convenience for vehicle emergency maintenance: The emergency lifting function of the hand pump can not only control the lifting of the box when the auxiliary engine fails and cannot be started, but also can emergency lift the brushes and suction ports to facilitate moving vehicles or maintenance.

9.Equipped with advanced color TV monitoring device: In order to facilitate timely observation of the vehicle’s operation status, observation probes are installed at the rear and right sides of the vehicle, and the operation and conversion of the camera are extremely convenient, which can provide timely cleaning operation quality and vehicle rear image function for operators.

10.The safety frame is equipped with a proximity switch: In order to prevent forgetting to lower the safety body and causing damage to the box and frame, a proximity switch is specially installed.

11.The fully floating suction cup adopts a connection structure: the suction cup adopts a fully floating connection and a unique balance mechanism, which can automatically adjust according to the height of the ground to ensure that the gap between the suction cup and the road remains unchanged, so that the vehicle always maintains a good working effect.

12.The efficient vortex water pump provides a guarantee for cleaning and dust reduction: effective spraying and dust reduction is a necessary condition for road cleaning. In addition to having the necessary brushes, suction ports, and suction pipes for dust reduction, this vehicle also serves as a self flow nozzle for cleaning and compressing dust in areas with high dust content. This nozzle is only opened when the dust is severe to increase the amount of water sprayed by the suction pipe, improve the dust reduction effect, and avoid clogging of the suction pipe.

13.Efficient and low-noise suction fans provide powerful suction capabilities for vehicle operations: Specially designed high-efficiency and low-noise suction fans are used to provide strong suction capabilities for vehicles to achieve better operational results. They can achieve a one-time suction clean of common garbage, mud and small stones on the road surface.

14.The hydraulic oil cooling device provides cooling for vehicles during hot summer operations: As the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 70 ° C during hot summer operations, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will decrease, and it may also cause damage to the hydraulic seals. Therefore, the vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling device, which cools and cools the hydraulic oil through the water flow in the dust tank to ensure that the vehicle operates normally in hot summer.

15.The brush driving motor is selected from high-quality and efficient cycloidal motors: the driving motors for each cleaning brush disc are high-quality cycloidal driving motors, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life.

16.The left and right front cleaning brush discs have automatic obstacle avoidance protection function and automatic reset function: when the sweeping disc encounters obstacles, it can automatically retract to avoid and reset, effectively solving the problem of easy damage to the cleaning device.

17.The left and right front brushes can be independent or linked: allowing the vehicle to selectively use the right or left front brushes during operation, allowing the working mechanism on the side of the fast lane to not extend beyond the vehicle body when selecting the left brush. This not only reduces the width of the road occupation, improves the safety of work and passing vehicles, but also reduces the wear and tear of the brushes, reducing operating costs.

18.To minimize the noise generated during vehicle operation, special sound-absorbing materials are added to the power compartment of the vehicle.

19.This vehicle can be equipped with a 2.2-meter snow shovel.
