Product Overview

The core hook-lift system incorporates European technology, featuring a lightweight yet robust structure for efficient loading and unloading. Critical components utilize self-locking hooks and a lateral locking mechanism to ensure safe and reliable operation. Advanced manufacturing techniques, including high-strength steel and robotic welding, guarantee exceptional durability and precision.

Hydraulic system: The main hydraulic control components of this vehicle are all made of famous and excellent products produced by international famous companies—multi-way reversing valve, which ensures the reliable reversing of the hydraulic system and ensures that the operating cylinder stays at any position; two-way balancing valve, which can ensure the synchronized movement of the two main arm cylinders and constant pressure.

Control system: The electrical control system is assembled with international famous electrical components, with two major functions of control and alarm. Its unique interlocking function makes the hook arm in normally closed state when dumping garbage, which will cut off the circuit of controlling the solenoid valve of locking body, and it is impossible to open the body, thus avoiding the danger caused by misoperation. When the box lock is unlocked or the support wheel frame is lowered, the corresponding indicator lights on the control box will be on, and the vehicle can not be transported and exercised under these circumstances.

Rear support device: Hydraulically driven rear support device, when hooking up and unloading the carrier body, lowering the support wheel frame, playing the role of auxiliary support. It increases the range of the center of gravity of the whole vehicle, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the whole vehicle.

Performance Characteristics

1. The upper structure of the boom is welded from high-strength BS700MC steel plate: The overall structure of the boom is made of BS700MC high-strength steel plate with a yield strength of 730 N/mm², with cast steel or forged steel used in critical parts. The boom frame is welded by a welding robot using high-strength gas shielded welding, ensuring stable and reliable welding performance. All rotating shaft holes are machined using a large CNC boring and milling machine, ensuring the precision of the entire machine structure.

2. The telescopic arm guiding mechanism adopts side sliding groove and slider with guiding structure to make the loading and unloading process run smoothly.

4. The hook arm adopts an automatic locking and opening structure. The locking block opens by gravity when the box is being hooked, and is locked in the transportation state. When the box is being hooked, the locking block opens, which widens the opening of the hook guide part, making it easier for the driver to hook the box.

5. The lock container cylinder and telescopic cylinder are equipped with two-way hydraulic locks to ensure that the movement stays in any position.

6. The vehicle adopts a transverse locking mechanism, which locks the main longitudinal beam of the garbage bin with the locking hook, ensuring the safety and reliability of the bin lock; the hydraulically controlled locking cylinder is simple to operate and has stable performance, making the bin safer.

7. The multi-way directional valve ensures reliable directional switching of the hydraulic system and ensures that the working cylinder can stay in any position.

8. The two-way balance valve ensures that the two main boom cylinders move synchronously and maintain constant pressure.

9. The hydraulic filtration system uses high-precision filter elements, which can greatly improve the filtration accuracy of the whole vehicle hydraulic system.

10. The hydraulically driven rear support device lowers the support wheel frame when hooking up and unloading the cargo box, providing auxiliary support. The unique one-piece enlarged rollers increase the vehicle’s center of gravity range, thus ensuring overall stability and reliability.
